Precious ones cared for our children from ages 12 weeks to 6 years! Precious Ones provided our family with a safe and loving place for our children to grow and learn. As we searched for child care for our children, we were especially drawn to Precious Ones beautifully kept facility, emphasis on daily outdoor time, mixed-age family-focused care setting, and commitment to fostering early learning skills. We LOVED that our two children were together all day — not separated by age-based classrooms. They both entered school with strong basic reading, math, and writing skills — as well as dedicated values to kindness, respect, and helping others! We are grateful to Precious Ones staff and families for helping our children to grow and thrive!

When you choose to send your child to Precious Ones, you are choosing to join a family. The home daycare option was perfect for us, because I couldn’t envision dropping off my six month old in a sterile chain daycare environment. I love the homey feel of Precious ones. They had my daughter doing things like using a spoon and fork to feed herself independently way earlier than I thought a baby could! She loved the crafts each week and the curriculum which encouraged children to speak in front of their peers helping her use her voice and gain confidence. She went through the Pre-K program which helped her start Kindergarten feeling confident and like she was already a step ahead! I recommend Precious Ones to everyone looking for a safe, loving, dependable, independent creating place for their child to foster during the day.

Top notch everything. So worth the money, breakfast, 2 snacks and lunch, and the best Teachers here in Whitmore Lake @ P.O.D.C., super clean, great home cooked meals, super programs, very great overall.

My granddaughter attends Precious Ones Day Care Home and Preschool full time. The Owner-Director, Stacy is a gem. She runs a tight ship, with equal amounts of rules and love. I've never seen a cleaner facility than this one, either. She will proudly take you on a tour of the entire home (though no one lives there), and tell you all of the well thought out planning and work that went into it. The staff that Ms. Stacy hires is educated, caring, and very loving with the children...or they don't work there. If you are not able to be a "stay at home parent" with your children; this is where you want to place them. The education is second to none, both scholastically, and socially. Organization, schedules and consistency abound. We leave our little one there with extreme confidence that she will be loved and cared for all day long, and SHE is happy there. If you are lucky enough to get an open spot, do so with confidence.

We have had the opportunity to use Precious Ones since Covid and continue to recommend it highly to all our friends and families. They helped us when we really needed the help as our family tried to move forward during the shutdown. Throughout Covid, they were open. Their staff was friendly, always smiling, and positive during that trying time. Our little one didn't miss a lesson and everything was face to face, not on a computer. She is now excelling in school. If you are looking for a great daycare that is locally owned and participates in the community with field trips and has regular guests that live and work for our community talk to our kids, look for Precious Ones Day Care.
